Department overview
The IT & Automations department develops digital solutions that streamline workflows, reduce repetitive tasks and improve efficiency across LES. By combining technology, automation and collaboration, it creates reliable systems that allow projects and departments to focus on more meaningful work.
Key responsibilities for incoming managers
- Collaborate with LES departments to understand workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
- Take ownership of automation projects from planning and development to testing and deployment.
- Assess proposed solutions by balancing their potential impact, timelines and available resources.
- Organise and track projects through the LES Notion workspace while maintaining clear documentation and progress updates.
- Test systems, troubleshoot issues and maintain reliable tools for meetings and major LES events.
- Provide technical support during events by monitoring live systems, managing digital tools and resolving technical issues.
