Department overview
The Events department plans, coordinates and executes LES events from concept to completion. Working behind the scenes, it transforms ideas into well-structured experiences through research, careful planning, creative execution and effective on-ground management.
Key responsibilities for incoming managers
- Research and draft case studies for flagship competitions and academic events.
- Design competition modules, guidelines and supporting event documentation.
- Prepare indents and coordinate the logistical requirements for event setups.
- Execute venue décor, branding and physical setup before events.
- Prepare hosting scripts and manage stage proceedings during events.
- Coordinate live execution, moderate competition rounds and conduct post-event evaluations.
